Accountants Firm - Maidstone - January 2018

This local company has been a long-time client which has grown in size over the last two years. Historically one user PC has acted as a server and all files were held on-site with a backup to OneDrive and emails handled by IMAP. The employees are a mix of office-based and remote users, the latter accessing files either by remote desktop or email. The accountancy package used is cloud-based.

 

We were commissioned to implement an Office 365 solution to provide access to files from anywhere and to improve security measures - also to provide full Exchange Online capabilities with the scope to add and remove users as business needs require.
