Remote IT Support
We are always happy to provide free initial consultations to our customers to ascertain your needs and to see if we can help.
If we can ascertain that the problem with your PC or laptop is software related and you have a working internet connection it may be possible to resolve using a remote control session.
If your device is running Windows 10 then it actually has the necessary software built-in - an application called Quick Assist.

To access Quick Assist:

Click the Windows Start Button

Type "Quick Assist" (without the quotes!)

Click Open

Then simply contact us either using the chat box in the bottom right hand corner of this page or simply pick up the phone. We'll give you the 6-digit number to type into Quick Assist, connect to your device and start fixing the problem!

If you are running an earlier edition of Windows such as 7 or 8 you can download a separate remote control application by clicking the button below and we'll talk you through establishing a connection.
The price for a remote support session is £25 per half hour.
